Privacy Policy

Learn how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how OSNGlobal LLC ("Pulse", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the Pulse app for iPhone (the "App"), the pulseboost.ai website (the "Website"), our Instagram messaging channel @pulseboostai and related services (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

At a glance

  • We collect your account details, the videos and links you submit, the reports we generate, your purchase status, and device and usage data.
  • Reports are written by artificial intelligence. The AI models run on our own servers.
  • The App measures advertising with your device's advertising identifier only if you allow it in Apple's tracking prompt. Saying no does not limit any feature.
  • Anyone who has the link to a report can open it. Your uploaded video file is never shown to anyone.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can delete your account in the App or on the Website. We erase your data within 30 days.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by OSNGlobal LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA, which is the controller of your personal information. You can reach us at support@pulseboost.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your email address, name and password (stored only in hashed form). If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier that service assigns to you, your name and, from Google, your profile picture.
  • Content you submit: the video files you upload; the links you submit to videos on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; the options you choose for an analysis (platform, category, evaluation level, spoken language); and, in the Website's Content Studio, the instructions, images and documents you add.
  • Feedback and messages: your ratings and comments on analyses, your answers when you cancel a plan, and what you send to our support team.
  • Instagram connection: if you link Instagram by sending a code to @pulseboostai, we receive your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, and any reels you send us there for analysis. We do not store the text of your messages.

Information we create while providing the Service

  • Transcripts of the speech in your videos, the AI-generated analyses, scores and suggestions, thumbnails, and the music track we recognise in a video.
  • Technical details of uploaded files (size, duration, a file fingerprint), your credit balance and your credit usage history.

Public information about videos you link

When you submit a link, we retrieve the video and the public information shown with it on that platform: title or caption, author name, view, like and comment counts, thumbnail and duration.

Purchase information

Your plan, product, subscription status, renewal and expiry dates and transaction identifiers. For purchases in the App this comes from Apple through our subscription provider RevenueCat. For purchases on the Website it comes from our payment provider Stripe, together with your billing email. Card details are handled by Apple or Stripe. We never receive your full card number.

Device and usage information

  • In the App: device model, operating-system and app version, language and region, IP address, the identifier for vendor (IDFV), your push notification token if you turn notifications on, and, only if you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA). We also record product events such as sign-up, login, analysis started, completed or failed, paywall viewed, trial started, purchase and link shared.
  • On the Website: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and actions you take, the page or ad that referred you (including ad click identifiers), and information stored in cookies and local storage.
  • Security records: when you sign up, sign in, reset a password, start a checkout, change credits or delete your account, we record the IP address, the browser or device user agent and a device fingerprint, to protect accounts and to prevent abuse of free trials.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts or health data, and the App does not access your camera or microphone. The App uses Apple's system picker, so it receives only the video you choose and never has access to the rest of your photo library.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the purposes below. Where the law requires a legal basis, it is shown in brackets.

  • To create and run your account, analyse the videos you submit, show you your reports and keep them in sync between the App and the Website (performance of our contract).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions, free trials and credits (contract; legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules).
  • To send service messages such as verification codes, password resets and a notification when an analysis is ready (contract), and onboarding tips, product updates and offers (our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it). You can opt out of these at any time.
  • To understand how the Service is used, fix problems and improve the quality of our reports, including by reading the feedback you give us (legitimate interests).
  • To measure which advertisements and links bring people to Pulse (your consent, as described in Section 5).
  • To keep the Service secure, detect fraud and enforce our Terms, for example the rule against multiple free-trial accounts (legitimate interests).
  • To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests (legal obligation).

We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

4. AI Processing

Pulse's reports are generated by artificial intelligence. The AI models that analyse your videos and transcripts, and the system that turns speech into text, run on servers that we operate ourselves. We do not use your videos, transcripts or reports to train AI models.

  • Video and content analysis: our own models receive the video file you upload or link, together with its title, caption, public statistics, its transcript, and the analysis options and instructions you chose.
  • Transcription: our own speech-recognition system turns the speech in your video into text.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Reports are suggestions, not guarantees, and the decisions you make with them are yours.

5. Tracking, Cookies and Advertising Measurement

In the App

We use AppsFlyer to measure which advertisements and links bring people to Pulse. If you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, AppsFlyer may use your device's advertising identifier to connect your install and in-app events (such as sign-up, trial and purchase) with the ad or link you came from, which can involve combining them with information from advertising networks. If you do not allow tracking, the advertising identifier is not collected and measurement is limited to aggregated methods that do not identify you, such as Apple's SKAdNetwork. We never show the prompt before you sign in.

So that a campaign's results include subscriptions, our subscription provider RevenueCat reports subscription events (trial start, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund) to AppsFlyer, and we tell RevenueCat the AppsFlyer identifier of your install and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign, its source and the offer code it carried.

You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Saying no does not limit any feature of the App.

On the Website

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies:

  • Necessary: to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect the Service.
  • Analytics: PostHog and Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) tell us how the Website is used. Events are linked to your Pulse user ID and plan when you are signed in.
  • Advertising measurement: the Meta Pixel measures the results of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. For this purpose we share with Meta a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address and Meta's click and browser identifiers. Meta may use them to match you to a Meta account, to measure conversions and to help us reach similar audiences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and you can control how Meta uses this information in your Meta ad preferences. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we use them only with your consent.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers that process it for us

  • Hosting, storage and database: Google Cloud Platform and Supabase.
  • AI processing: our own systems, as described in Section 4.
  • Payments and subscriptions: Apple (App Store), RevenueCat and Stripe.
  • Sign-in: Apple and Google, when you choose to sign in with them.
  • Email delivery: Amazon Web Services. Marketing emails are sent from a system we host ourselves.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement: AppsFlyer in the App; PostHog, Google and Meta on the Website, as described in Section 5.
  • Customer support and team tools: Fernand (support inbox and chat) and Slack (operational alerts, which can include details of a failed payment).
  • Instagram messaging: Meta Platforms, when you message @pulseboostai.
  • Video retrieval: to fetch a public video you link, we send its public video ID, never your identity, to the platform or to a data-retrieval provider.

We require every third party that receives personal information from us to protect it to a standard that is the same as, or equal to, the protection described in this Policy and required by Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and applicable law, and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

Other situations

  • Report links: anyone who has the link to a report can open it, as described in Section 7.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or a valid legal request, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Pulse, our users or the public.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share something or agree to it.

8. How Long We Keep Information

  • Uploaded video files are deleted from our storage 30 days after you upload them. The report made from a video stays in your account after the file is gone.
  • Reports, transcripts and thumbnails are kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete them.
  • Account details are kept for as long as your account exists.
  • Purchase and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws require, even after your account is deleted.
  • Security records are kept only for as long as we need them to protect accounts and prevent fraud, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Copies in our backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

9. Deleting Your Account and Your Data

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

  • In the App: Profile › Delete account.
  • On the Website: sign in, open Account Preferences and choose "Delete My Account".
  • Or email support@pulseboost.ai from the address of your account.

Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on every device, your account can no longer be used, a subscription bought on the Website is set to end at the close of the current billing period, and your Sign in with Apple authorisation is revoked. A subscription bought in the App is billed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Within 30 days of deletion we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal information, your uploaded videos and the reports made from them. During those 30 days the account stays closed. If you deleted it by mistake, you may be able to restore it during that time by signing in again or by contacting us. After 30 days it cannot be recovered.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records, and analyses of publicly available videos in a form that is no longer linked to you.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Your choices

  • Tracking: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • Notifications: iOS Settings › Notifications › Pulse.
  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any such email, or email us. We will still send messages that are necessary for your account.
  • Instagram: disconnect it in the App under Profile, or in your settings on the Website.
  • Cookies: your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

  • EEA and United Kingdom: these rights are set out in the GDPR and UK GDPR. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
  • Türkiye: you have the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), including the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or erasure, to object to results that arise solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing. You can also apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
  • California and other US states: you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell personal information. The advertising measurement described in Section 5 may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out of it using the controls described there. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.

To use any of these rights, email support@pulseboost.ai. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you, and we answer within 30 days.

11. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your information is processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on your explicit consent.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@pulseboost.ai and we will delete it.

13. Security

We use technical and organisational measures that are appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit between your device and our servers, passwords stored only in hashed form, access-restricted cloud storage and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

14. Other Services

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple, Google and the other services you use with Pulse have their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with your information. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their practices.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will tell you in the App, on the Website or by email before it takes effect.
